Walter Stafford always loved the Philadelphia Phillies, representing them daily on his choice of hat. He expressed his sadness about his health to his VNA Hospice of Greater Philadelphia, hospice chaplain, Laura Barry. In response, Laura and the Lighthouse of Hope Fund gave Mr. Stafford and his family tickets to attend the Phillies game. At the game, he was filled with happiness as he ate his favorite ballpark food and bought some memorabilia.
