Giving in Your Workplace Couldn't Be Easier

Workplace Giving is an easy way to support the National Hospice Foundation. Giving at work through payroll deductions is simple and there are many convenient ways to contribute.

Below is a list of giving campaigns that will let you designate NHF as the recipient of your workplace contribution. #11241.  Support National Hospice through the Combined Federal Campaign. We are happy to participate in your campaign kickoffs or other CFC events. Please contact us about participating. your company participates in the United Way Campaign, you can designate your   contribution to the National Hospice Founation. All you need to do to support NHF is designate your pledge through United Way's Donor Choice Program by following these simple instructions:

Write National Hospice Foundation, 1731 King Street, Alexandria, VA  22314 on the card.
