Mia Jordan was diagnosed with end-state lung cancer. Knowing that she was in her last days, she expressed to her hospice chaplain, Laura Barry at VNA Hospice of Greater Philadelphia, that she wanted to spend a day at the spa followed by a nice dinner. Through the Lighthouse of Hope Fund, Mia’s dream was fulfilled. She spent the whole day being pampered at the spa, being spoiled, as well as being able to relax. Following her spa day, she ate a big steak at dinner to top off her great day!
