The Legacy Society

*The Legacy Society Members will be recognized at the Gratitude for Giving celebration on April 21 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. Donors who have joined by April 7 will receive two complimentary tickets to the event including dinner and entertainment by the Capitol Steps.

The Legacy Society recognizes individuals who provide support for end of life care through charitable gift planning. Membership belongs to individuals who have made a planned gift to the National Hospice Foundation or the FHSSA Impact Fund through one or more of the following methods:

  • Provision in your will or revocable trust.
  • Life income gift (charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust, or charitable lead trust).
  • Retirement plan beneficiary designation.
  • Life insurance policy beneficiary designation.
  • Life estate gift (remainder interest in real property).

One optional benefit of membership is the listing of your name as a member of The Legacy Society, which will be published from time to time in connection with special events and publications. If you prefer to remain anonymous, we are happy to honor your wishes.

Members of The Legacy Society share a strong common bond of generosity and visionary leadership, nourishing FHSSA’s continued success. We welcome the opportunity to recognize those who are helping to make the future possible.

If you have already made plans for a deferred gift for the FHSSA Impact Fund, please let us know by completing this form and returning it to us.
