National Hospice Foundation's (NHF) Privacy Statement
NHF is committed to respecting the privacy and security of all visitors to our Web site. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to protect your privacy and to provide you with choices about how that information is shared.

Currently, this site collects information (e.g., name, title, institution, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, email address, payment information) voluntarily provided by individuals who contribute to NHF. Sensitive information, such as your credit card number, are encrypted and protected with the encryption software SSL when transmitted to NHF. Credit card information is not stored or re-used in any manner. Only authorized personnel with specific IDs and passwords can access credit card information and then solely for the purpose of processing authorized transactions.
Messages that you send to us via email may not be secure. NHF suggests that you do not send any confidential information to us by email. If you choose to send confidential information to us by email, you accept the risk that a third party may intercept your information.
NHF’s Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other sites. We encourage users when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each Web site that collects personally identifiable information.
