The National Hospice Gala 2006

Almost 600 guests joined us on April 7, including hospice members from across the country, ambassadors and representatives from 19 foreign governments, corporate partners and friends from the metropolitan Washington area.  NHF’s annual leadership awards were a highlight of the evening, recognizing five remarkable honorees for the simple actions each has taken to ensure lasting change in the world. 

With dinner, dancing, and a silent auction of gifts reflecting The Art of Caring worldwide, this special event honored the caregivers who tirelessly provide hospice and palliative care every day.  It was a true celebration of caring – and care-giving.
