Rapid Strides Coaching Offers Personalized Training Schedules and Feedback

(Alexandria, VA) – In partnership with Rapid Strides Coaching, the National Hospice Foundation is offering free online coaching to any Run to Remember participant training for half marathons or marathons this year.
Rapid Strides offers online, individualized, scientifically-based training that is specific to race length (half or full marathon), time left to train, race time goal, and current run fitness. Daily workouts are adapted and adjusted according to daily workout feedback submitted by the runner. Participants can record daily workouts, review previous workouts, and also have the option to receive daily automated workout emails for the next two days of workouts. Monthly newsletters include relevant training and race tips. To register for the training, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Run to Remember is NHF’s athletic fundraising program. Through it, runners (or walkers) can choose any race and raise money for hospice while running in honor of a loved one who has passed away.
